The SPLASH Consortium currently comprises sixteen partners.
This includes almost all of the major donor ministries which have the largest water development research programmes. Therefore with its present membership, the Consortium is in a position to have a major impact upon the European research landscape.
However, the project workplan may accommodate ministries who are currently not partners.
